I just made an order. When will it arrive?

Most of our products are in stock in Texas facility and shipped within 1 – 3 days. However some products such as phone cases, seat covers, tote bags, printed wallets, duvet covers, pillow covers are manufactured on demand. That means custom product goes into production after the order is made. It normally takes 7 - 10days for such product to be ready to ship. Once shipped you will always receive email with tracking and shipping time estimate. Current final delivery times for Made-On-demand Products is 3-5weeks!

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items with us in some cases they will be shipped separately. That’s because of the way we source different products. You may receive one part of your order before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

Check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not feel free to contact us at support@zappsclothing.com Our rock star customer service is always ready to help.

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Various customized accessories products are made on demand and we take great care at processing immediately after you order. If you would like to adjust or cancel the order please let us know within 24 hours after the purchase. After custom-made item is on the production line it may be impossible to do changes. In many times in order to replace the product we will need to wait until original product is delivered and process return afterwards.
