Refund policy and returns


We treat our customers like friends! Thats why you get 100% guarantee on any order. Simply put: If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. 

Important Stuff:

  • If you have received faulty garment*, wrong item, color and size, email us in 14 days once you received your order at support@zappsclothing.com so we can make it right. It can happen from time to time and if it does, you will also receive a GIFT from us! That is, just to say we are sorry we messed up.
  • *All Over Print Apparel: every shirt is uniquely produced using a sublimation method that can create anomalies in some areas, typically under the arm, that leaves small portions of fabric white. We do not exchange/refund for those kind of defects since this is a part of print technique.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • All defective or broken items will be replaced at no additional charge (all costs are covered by Zapps Clothing)
  • Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless return shipping cost is greater than purchase value.
