Refund policy and returns
We treat our customers like friends! That’s why you get 100% guarantee on any order. Simply put: If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
- If you have received faulty garment*, wrong item, color and size, email us in 30 days once you received your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right. It can happen from time to time and if it does, you will also receive a GIFT from us! That is, just to say we are sorry we messed up.
- *All Over Print Apparel: every shirt is uniquely produced using a sublimation method that can create anomalies in some areas, typically under the arm, that leaves small portions of fabric white. We do not exchange/refund for those kind of defects since this is a part of print technique.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- All defective or broken items will be replaced at no additional charge (all costs are covered by Zapps Clothing)
- Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless return shipping cost is greater than purchase value.
- Refund is not possible without return. For example if tracking shows as items were delivered to your house and someone stole it from your porch, we cannot refund such order. We will do our best to solve such situations in your favour.
- Products made-on-demand cannot be refunded before production-delivery and processed return. This products include: Seat covers, Duvet covers, Pillow covers, phone wallet cases, printed wallets, socks, hooded blankets, printed footwear (sneakers and boots)
