This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.zappsclothing.com (the “Site”).

When you buy stuff, you will either pay through Braintree or PayPal. The only payment-based details we hold on our site is how much you’ve spent and whether you paid with Braintree or PayPal. We have no bank or card details or nada here. Braintree is GDPR compliant. 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

RETURN POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, customers items must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that received it. 
  • To be eligible for a return, customer must email us in 7 days from the day order was delivered. 
  • Return shipping cost is covered by customer unless shipping cost is greater than purchase value. 
  • Products made-on-demand cannot be refunded before production-delivery and processed return. This products include: Hoodies, T-shirts, Seat covers, Duvet covers, Pillow covers, phone wallet cases, printed wallets, socks, hooded blankets, printed footwear (sneakers and boots)
  • Returning multiple items from orders higher in value ($150+) is not possible because of certain processes in supplying and fulfilling this kind of orders. Some items are unique and hard to source, therefore we reserve the right not to be accepting multiple item order returns. We encourage customers to shop responsibly and thoughtfully. However, return of partial products is still possible and we will be helpful to solve any issues.
  • In cases when there is clear evidence of delivered shipment, we reserve the right to only issue refund on a Zapps $ Coupon (if customer does not wish to receive replacement). Returns and money refunds in such cases are not possible. Also it is not possible to return items that were ordered later with Zapps $ Coupon issued in this instance.  

 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 14 years.
